Some of the services offered by CTI Property Management are Quarterly Inspections (with digital documentation photos), direct deposits of rent monies to homeowner's account(s), maintenance plans, coordination of repairs, tenant screening, eviction proceedings, and much more; all accessible to the homeowner 24 hours per day, via our Online Document Center.
