If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment with the maintenance technician, you must arrange to have an adult (18 years or older) at the property. Otherwise, you may be charged for a service call. Submitting a maintenance requests give CTI Real Estate and/or representatives the right to enter the premises to make necessary repairs to the property unless otherwise requested by the tenant. It is our goal to respond to non-emergency maintenance requests within 5 days. Maintenance requests must be submitted in a written format unless there is an EMERGENCY. An emergency is defined as damage to the property such as a water leak, electrical issues that may be hazardous, no hot water, no heat in extreme conditions, or a broken refrigerator. Contact 911 immediately if there is risk of bodily injury or harm, or damage to the property such as a fire. Our goal is to respond to emergency situations in under 24 hours.
